    My horses love it, and they've never been so healthy looking. Their coats shine even in winter, and their hooves are strong and healthy enough to go barefoot. They eat it like it's candy, and never leave a drop and I have some picky eaters.

    My horses have only been on Big sky minerals for a month but I can already see improved toplines, shinier coats, and hooves are growing faster and the new hoof growth looks great I cant wait to see how they are after many months and years, not to mention they absolutely love this stuff thanks

    Free choice makes so much sense!

    I have been extremely satisfied with Big Sky minerals. I have a severely foundered horse with lyme disease that I am trying to rehabilitate and was looking for a product that I could offer free choice as a supplement. Having watched this 15 year old mare grab mouthfuls of mud and eat it like peanut butter just weeks after I rescued her, I knew there was something definitely missing in her diet. From the first time I put out Big Sky minerals in the run-in, it has been a favorite with both my mares. I also offer an additional mineral supplement, a mineral salt block, a selenium salt block, kelp and whole flax seed as choices and the 1-2 cups of Big Sky I put out every day is always favored.

    We have 3 horses we rescued almost 2 years ago. When we got them they were in poor shape. It took some time to put weight back on them but still they were not very pretty. Because of poor nutrition their hooves and coats were terrible. We found Blue Sky Minerals and WOW is all I can say. Our horses are not only visibly better but they are also physically better. Love and Big Sky!!! Our Thorough Bred went from no energy and drab brown to peppy and luxurious rich brown. Our Appaloosa went from dull white and medium energy to shiny bright and full of energy. Our Quarter (youngest stud)went from a blah orange/brown and medium energy to a very bright orange/copper and packed full of energy (always into some thing). All three have incredible hoof growth and it is all healthy. Thank you Big Sky for playing a part in making this rescue a true success!!

    All my horses love it they cant ever get enough...i have seen improved toplines and haircoat they will never be without BIG SKY MINERALS!!!

    great skin, better feet

    I have been feeding these minerals on the recommendation of a friend, for over a year now. I didn't start feeding them free choice, however, until this past spring. Since that time, my geldings stubborn case of rainrot (well over a year old, with countless treatments that helped manage it but never got rid of it)has completely resolved. One horses feet always had minor surface cracking (harmless but ugly on his white feet) that have now grown out into smooth lustrous outer wall. I have a gelding with a severe "summer itch" allergy, and a summer on free choice minerals enjoyed the best summer in years. Yes, he is still itchy, but not frantic, and the large plaques usually on his mid-line in the summer just remained itchy spots without all the swelling and hard scabs. The only negative thing I have to say is the cost. Free choice for the geldings works fine, but I have a mare who insists on eating about 1 cup a day, so that gets pricey.

    I could buy a different mineral but I don't feel it's as pure and good for my horse as Big Sky. I believe it gives him everything he needs, love it!

    I have been using Big Sky for several years and all my horses look Wonderful! Their coats a shinny , hoofs are strong and so far worm free!! I only deworm twice a year. I use less de-tangler on my Gypsy's mane and feathers. Her foal was just weaned and is on it and growing like a weed.. I would recommend Big sky to anyone who wants to get away from manufactured horse feed. I

    My horses have only been on this product for a week. So I haven't noticed a big change yet, but they certainly love the minerals. I am feeding them free choice, and they are almost out so I'm going to order some more. They were obviously lacking in minerals even though the supplement they were getting included many minerals in a so called natural form. Ha! One of them was eating dirt and licking the panels. But he has stopped this now as a result of the Big Sky Minerals.
